Yes, whether the patient is going for a hospital visit or is admitted to the hospital, our dedicated nurses are available to patients to provide familiarity and extra support.
We cater for the youth and adults (aged 18 years and over). However, we do not deal with children (aged under 18 years).

Before we charge any customer for our services, we first do an assessment of the patient and the situation in the patient’s home. The assessment gives us a deeper understanding of the patient’s healthcare needs and also the family support system. The assessment also helps us advise on services such as home care nursing and other medical expert care that the patient will need, including the duration of such care. It is after this assessment that we can come up with an accurate estimate for the cost of care.
